Toorx OL technique barbell measures 180 cm and weighs approx. 7.5 kg. The weight bar fits weight plates with a hole diameter of 50 mm. The rod itself has a diameter of 28 mm and can withstand a maximum load of 20 kg. The inside measurement of the weight bar is 125 cm.
