The safety transformer is used for supplying consumption meters and remote reading equipment in homes as well as in industrial environments. The transformer can both be installed in distribution boards with DIN rail and separately on a flat surface by means of an accompanying fitting. Furthermore, sealable terminal covers are included. Additional encapsulation is therefore unnecessary when installed in distribution boards. The security transformer provides optimal serviceability and reduces the risk of personal injuries in case of mainssupplied consumption meters and remote reading equipment.
